90-Day Total Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel the difference our supplements make. That's why we offer a full 90-day window to test our subscription risk-free.

The Window: You have 90 days from your initial order date to request a full refund of all subscription charges to date. This covers up to your first three months of orders.

The Hard Cutoff: Refund eligibility strictly expires at the end of Day 90. Starting on Day 91, all previous orders, as well as any subsequent orders (4th, 5th, etc.), are considered final sale and are non-refundable.

How it Works: To claim your refund, your request must be timestamped via email by 11:59 PM CET on the 90th day following your first purchase.

Important Note: By maintaining an active subscription past Day 90, you acknowledge and agree that all charges incurred to date, and all future recurring charges, are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations

We do not cancel orders after they have been placed; this also applies to subscription orders. If you reach out to cancel a subscription order that is already placed or renewed, we will deny it. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PRIOR TO YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED BILLING DATE, YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED AND WE WILL NOT REFUND IT OR ACCEPT A RETURN.
